It’s disappointing that half the centre is closed, with the quadrant following shortly. Burtons was closed years ago and what’s taken its place? Rents too hight and not enough imagination. The lady who worked in the shop yesterday (Black Friday) was so unbelievably helpful and kind. She explained the deals going on, she saw my hands were full of presents and rushed off to get me a basket. She even noticed my hood was loose on my coat and popped it back on for me.
