“Well, let's get the main issue out the way 1st.. It's not a Poundshop anymore. In fact, you're hard pressed to find much here for £1.Now other than that their range has improved a lot, the prices are still very competitive too. The staff, if you can find them, are helpful if required. They seem to run a skeleton crew mostly, so those working there are extremely stretched.”

“The lady who worked in the shop yesterday (Black Friday) was so unbelievably helpful and kind. She explained the deals going on, she saw my hands were full of presents and rushed off to get me a basket. She even noticed my hood was loose on my coat and popped it back on for me. Honestly, staff like this should be praised as she took the stress out of shopping. I wish she could have come and helped me in other shops with the rest of my shopping! Got some really good deals and was a very pleasant experience.”
