She explained the deals going on, she saw my hands were full of presents and rushed off to get me a basket. She even noticed my hood was loose on my coat and popped it back on for me. Honestly, staff like this should be praised as she took the stress out of shopping. I wish she could have come and helped me in other shops with the rest of my shopping! Got some really good deals and was a very pleasant experience.”
