It's great to see such positive reviews for individual staff members, however, as a Bank, who have closed all but main town centre branches, the opening hours don't allow those of us who work 9-5 jobs to access the lovely staff. Problem getting a large transfer made in sad circumstances. Nikki, the customer service lady at Eastbourne branch went over and beyond helping to get the transfer sorted and then when the fraud department stopped the payment, ringing them and helping to get the payment made and the account unfrozen.
