Nikki, the customer service lady at Eastbourne branch went over and beyond helping to get the transfer sorted and then when the fraud department stopped the payment, ringing them and helping to get the payment made and the account unfrozen. Nikki was very compassionate, helpful, friendly and approachable.”

“I popped in here to review my dormant account and ask how to pay money into it. The amusing TV adverts worked! I was greeted warmly and promptly, the staff are all friendly and attentive. The building is spacious and inviting, clean and the staff all immaculately turned out. I don't live in Eastbourne and live 40 minutes away so haven't kept up with the amazing transformation of this branch. Ironically, I overheard a young couple looking across through the window say "oh the Nationwide is now a cafe". I couldn't resist putting them right in case they missed out!
I will definitely be 're-igniting' my account and recommend.”
