I donot understand why this branch still operates. It has some of the most rude workers in the UK. They are not helpful at all and they cannot think out of the box to deliver personalised services. They are like robots.

i’ve been a customer for 5 years now and i want to leave a positive review for one of your members of staff Lin at the business counter. i have had the pleasure of being served by her a couple of times and she is such a lovely, cheerful and helpful woman (especially for someone who works at a bank)
