Appalling customer service in homeware department. Returning 2 faulty items. The girl on the service desk could not have cared less.

Visited today to purchase a new shirt and pair of shoes, having already spent £150 the previous day on a waistcoat and trousers, I found the staff to be rude at checkout, and in existent for help as I struggled to find a shirt that would go with my previous purchase, not once was I approached at either the shoe section... read full comment
