“Yesterday I went to Stockton store immediately on walking in I was greeted by three lovely ladies with big smiles Pauline Joanne and Carol lovely body language I was struggling choosing for my granddaughters 21st present the ladies came over asking if I needed help had good banter which made me laugh I was so grateful as I suffer anxiety but they made me feel so relaxed the present they helped me choose didn't come with a box so they said you cannot give your granddaute a present like that they came back with a lovely box credit to your company thank you sooo much girls by the way my granddaughter said I couldn't have chosen better exactly what she wanted couldn't of done it without you thank you soo much”

“The staff are brilliant. Special mention to the cafe, staff in there have a thankless task with rude impatient customers. Asda management should give these cafe staff a medal. Well done … food hot and fresh. Can’t fault them at all.”

“Visited on Thursday evening with my Son to purchase new outfits for Christmas presents. Plenty to choose from. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Shop looked clean and tidy. Only reason I haven't gave 5 stars is because there was only 2 changing rooms and quite a large que of people waiting to try clothes on, we spent more time queuing than we did looking at the clothes.”

“Went to the Sedgefield Argos first thing this morning before work to exchange my Faulty PS5 as it was within the first 30 day returns policy and the process and service was brilliant and I liked how the lady who dealt with me was honest and even sorted me with a Nectar Card and popped the transaction points on for me!, great customer service, Thank you.”

That being said, other staff members were rude near the tills and I don't think it is appropriate to shout at customers to move and then when they do tell them to go back.”

“Friendly staff with an abundance of reasonably good priced products ranging from donated Bric-A-Bracs to new products specifically bought in from the BHF. Exceptional presentation in the store floor as many of the ornaments are colour co-ordinated. Little to no litter on the floor including dropped hangers etc.”

Gave me a tip too, take a screenshot of 'code' tto be able to use Rewards App easily in future (it regularly asks for password to open App) and technology is not my asset. “Though it was exceptionally busy the lovely oriental lady working on the till was really helpful and pleasant, she was efficient but took the time to help me with my app and using a voucher which I really appreciated.
