The staff is not good. No matter how long the queue is in the store, they continue to ignore the customers and wander around. This has happened to me 2?3 times, and I?ve decided to stop shopping at Next going forward.

The returns policy has become much more strict, meaning I'm now sitting on a load of store credit instead of being able to return items I didn't need about 2 days late. Massive shift in my perception of Next because of this.

Visited today to purchase a new shirt and pair of shoes, having already spent £150 the previous day on a waistcoat and trousers, I found the staff to be rude at checkout, and in existent for help as I struggled to find a shirt that would go with my previous purchase, not once was I approached at either the shoe section or shirt section and asked if I needed any help finding what I needed, despite numerous members of staff walking past me on several occasions, in fact when I took the shirt to try on, the staff member made a sour face and said you can?t do that, what size are you and then handed me a badly creased and dirty ?try on shirt?I got what I needed but will never visit next again, in these difficult times I will choose more wisely where I spend my money.

Always find staff helpful and courteous.adjoining cafe exceptional! Disabled toilets dryer not working for several months.suggest bigger bin and towels if can't be fixed soon.lets the facilities down when overall cleanliness is good.

Just been in the Victoria secret section. And I have a disability and one of the employees was patronizing and wouldn?t leave me alone. I am 18 years old and she called me cute and what being very weird around me. Not sure I would go in again. Also kept harassing me and asking if I would like to try on the product when I had already clearly said no in a polite manner.

Overall staff are very poor quality, disorganized, rude and don't put the customer first or attempt to help much. Specifically a middle aged lady with shoulder length blonde hair you are very rude.
