“Amazing experience at Schuh Teesside yesterday, upon arrival we were greeted by Katelyn, who immediately made my 2 year old son feel welcome and asked him if he wanted a sticker, I then told her than I had an order to collect for my son, her colleague overheard (I assume she was Katelyn’s supervisor) and arranged for the shoes to be brought out; I was also informed of the promotion that they had on for 15% off on any full price shoes, when collecting an order, so I got some Birkenstocks for my partner. They continued to make a fuss of my son for the entirety of our time in there and they gave him more stickers. I regretfully didn’t get the name of all of the staff who helped, but they were so helpful and made my son feel so special, I will definitely be going back there for my sons next pair of shoes.”

“Yesterday I went to Stockton store immediately on walking in I was greeted by three lovely ladies with big smiles Pauline Joanne and Carol lovely body language I was struggling choosing for my granddaughters 21st present the ladies came over asking if I needed help had good banter which made me laugh I was so grateful as I suffer anxiety but they made me feel so relaxed the present they helped me choose didn't come with a box so they said you cannot give your granddaute a present like that they came back with a lovely box credit to your company thank you sooo much girls by the way my granddaughter said I couldn't have chosen better exactly what she wanted couldn't of done it without you thank you soo much”

“I have small feet - size 3 + slim fitting. I have used Shoe Zone for a few years and have never been disappointed. I thought that my latest visit (29/05/2015)would be a disaster but I was wrong.! The Manageress talked with me and suggested that as a new batch of shoes would be delivered in a couple of days and that it might be an idea to try a Size 2. She ordered a pair of 2's to be delivered to my home so that I could try them on. They arrived on 04/06/15. I tried them on and was delighted with the fitting. I promptly rang the shop and was able to thank the young lady personally. I am 71 years old, but the care & attention I received was lovely. My only regret is that I don't have the young lady's first name. ”

“Visited on Thursday evening with my Son to purchase new outfits for Christmas presents. Plenty to choose from. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Shop looked clean and tidy. Only reason I haven't gave 5 stars is because there was only 2 changing rooms and quite a large que of people waiting to try clothes on, we spent more time queuing than we did looking at the clothes.”

“This is a lovely place to go, but this weekend the place was spoiled by people with caravans, the green area where kids normally play had been taken over by kids on Quad bikes, we just got back into the car and went to Saltburn,”

“Staff could of been a bit more helpful. Wanted a pair of wide fitting football boots and was told by a member of staff that they are all the same. Through trying several of the display pairs on, we found a pair suitable.”
