“Returned a pair of walking boots yesterday to this branch, the young lady who helped me was marvellous, she explained about the waterproof levels and went out of her way to make sure my new boots were right for me, even down to providing a pair of thick socks to help me with the fit. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.”
