“Argos is actually a good place to shop, I regularly check here before buying from Amazon or ebay as it has at times been a lot cheap and always similar in price. Peterlee Argos is a decent store with a good selection, they have good staff and its always clean and tidy. ”

“The staff are very nice here and the pricing on jeans, games and homeware is reasonable. The pricing on media and tops (coats and shirts) are way too high but I suspect higher management set those prices and that it's company policy and nothing to do with individual shops. However, they really would make more if they lowered their prices a little. The turnover could be a bit quicker too and the shop is far too small (I witnessed a clothing rail almost knocking one poor woman to the floor in one incident) - but overall I love coming in to buy - I have found a few bargains - and Usually end up having a friendly chat :)”

“A big store that was once a supermarket offering a wide range of sporting goods and with a good selection..I've bought walking boots,trainers and usually this is a first port of call for golfing accessories..Parking is limited in Peterlee town centre but you can park for up to 4 hours free on the upper level before entering ASDA and access this store by going through Wilkinson's and through the Broadclose Shopping Centre,though there is car parking neared but limited at the Gala Bingo site ( 3 hrs max) practically next door..”
