Customer service is sadly lacking in this store. The tobacco kiosk and customer service counter is invariably manned by one person, if a customer has a return to make this makes a queue of people who have only a can of drink, packet of crisps or a packet of cigarettes. Security Guard staring at me at the self service checkout as if i m going to put something in my Leggins!! So uncomfortable, making me not want to shop there again!!

Visiting the shop at 2pm proved quick and easy, just like my previous experience at 11am, both times pleasantly quiet. I highly recommend using the SmartShop to avoid queues; it's a real time-saver.
