Bring a bag and skip the hassle of transferring items from a trolley to scales, then into a bag – it's much more efficient. The shop's recent initiative to price match Aldi is impressive.

However, a few shelves were empty, a testament to the Christmas rush. Notably, there was a complete lack of sparkling water. Despite the many discounted prices, the overall feeling is that prices have risen recently.

Random sometimes the self checkout is closed sometimes but you can just scan the other weigh areas.”

Serban has not only kept the integrity and excellent service that Simon offered, but has, at least to me, raised customer service and efficiency to the next level. “I have used this pharmacy for the past few months very friendly thankfully my prescriptions are already to be picked up which is a bonus but, the closure has been very stressful to many trying to get prescriptions and I do understand reasons behind this but prescriptions going back to doctor to be re dispensed takes time and not realistic should there not be a back up plan in place??”

“I purchased a SIM card at a location in London but wasn’t able to activate it on the website. I came to this location to see if they could help and was SO fortunate to be assisted by Becca the manager! She tried to activate it multiple times on different devices, dialed a special helpline exclusive to Superdrug associates, and when it was clear it would take a while she suggested we didn’t need to wait at the store. Instead we gave her a number she could call us on and left the shop. Within 20 minutes she rang us back; when we returned to the store, she explained what the issue had been, and went through all of the steps to activate the SIM with me. I was extremely impressed with Becca's dedication to solving the problem and ensuring I left the store with a fully activated SIM card. Her exceptional customer service, patience, and kindness make this location stand out”

“I am disappointed to see so many low reviews on here. Yes - this pharmacy can be slow, there's always a queue and phone often goes unanswered, however, the staff are working non stop and are always friendly and informative. I feel bad for them as they get a lot of rudeness and abuse from customers. Due to so many pharmacies closing, they are doing a great job to be able to process prescriptions on the same day. Thanks for all of your hard work! :)”

“Understaffed, staff always polite and helpful. But appear very stressed,several occasions observed them being verballly abused by patients. Need more pharmacy assistants, but working within the NHS myself, likely to be funded due to "cost cutting".”
