“The pharmacy here is great. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Anything you are unsure about, just ask the staff and I am sure they will be happy to help. It does get busy here on occasions, so expect a little wait at those times. They are not a large pharmacy, yet cover quite a large area, which speaks volumes of their service. Obviously being fairly small, they don't have everything a larger store may have, but they are well stocked for their size and can point you in the right direction if needed.”

“Pharmacy can be busy very often wait times are around 20 minutes. Good service generally from the pharmacist most of the time. My experience is only with the pharmacy.”

“Very friendly staff and pharmacist's (can't blame them if dr surgery send wrong prescriptions) seems some customers can't distinguish between the surgery and pharmacy getting things wrong so take it out on the poor staff in chemist.”

“My personal experience was 11/10. I shopped at Boots in Exeter last month and Jess is the perfect (shop) assistant a client can ask for. She was really friendly and ready to help. The fact that she prepared for me the things that I wanted to try made me even more grateful that I got this lucky to meet her and have this amazing experience! After I got back I told to several people about it, I was just that impressed and grateful for her. 100% recommend. Xx.”

“Great experience as a Mum visiting alone with a six month baby. Staff were kind and I was seen promptly. Space offered for breastfeeding and I wasn't rushed. Optician was awesome and very kind, will be bringing my nervous five year old for her check in a couple of weeks and I know she will be well looked after!”

“I have used this pharmacy for the past few months very friendly thankfully my prescriptions are already to be picked up which is a bonus but, the closure has been very stressful to many trying to get prescriptions and I do understand reasons behind this but prescriptions going back to doctor to be re dispensed takes time and not realistic should there not be a back up plan in place??”
