“We had a lovely welcome and pleased with our room. Very clean, well presented and cosy. Friendly pub with attentive staff, great menu, delicious food and refreshments. Exceptional breakfast selection. Not much in the town itself but nice to wander around. Sadly, and NOT the pubs fault at all, but our car was 'keyed' down the entire passenger side whilst in their carpark. A real shame as we were enjoying Cornwall's atmosphere until then. Not a reflection of the pub but perhaps carpark CCTV might eliminate this type of thing. Just our luck and hopefully it was just a one off incident.

Noteworthy details: Visit Fowey cider, wine, rum, etc which are brewed in Lostwithiel, a little setup who give tours and tasting. Brilliant place, super helpful and friendly.”
