“Can't give a review on the rooms as we did not stay here. But did eat in the restaurant. Food was delicious. Service was lovely polite and kind staff. One thing I would say is it's really not the most child-friendly restaurant particularly if they're quite young.”

“Had my wife's 60th birthday celebration here last night, and had an amazing time. Claire from the reception team was really helpful in booking this. The food was lovely, very well done to the chef. 15 meals, all served at exactly the same time, all hot, and all really lovely. The serving team were brilliant and so friendly, particularly Jane. We had such a good evening, thank you.
We had looked at several hotels, when looking to book this celebration meal, and were so glad that we chose Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club :).”

“With so many local places closed down for the winter it was a relief to find a pub open and serving food. It was a bonus to find an initiative in place offering reduced food on a Thursday, though I don’t know how long this initiative will be running for. The food was average, perfectly edible but not of restaurant quality. The beer was good and there were plenty of tables to choose from. We’d visit this place again if we were in the area.”

Based on a working farm, so we saw a few tractors and heard a few cows, which all aded to the charm of our holiday

“We have just returned from a trip to this holiday park with family.The lodge was perfect in every way for us with the added bonus of a hot tub!The staff were very helpful and friendly.The park itself was very well presented and cared for.We cannot wait to return!”

“On Saturday the 16th of September we called in to have a look round and the changes that the new owners of the park have done is very good.We use to come to hengar manor every year for 2 weeks in September but noticed that it was going down hill. The last time we stayed was 2015. The place was looking shabby and seemed as it was not loved anymore.Well what we saw on Saturday we liked it that much we booked to go back again next year in September for 2 weeks and me and my partner can't wait”

“Nice clean rooms, comfy bed, plenty of parking. Handy location, 20 minutes to Eden Project, hour to Penzance. Asda with a petrol station next to it. Staff were friendly and helpful both in the restaurant and the hotel. Breakfast was quick and awesome. Definitely recommend for a visit to Cornwall

“Such an awesome experience we had during our stay because the location has great accessibility to many tourist places such as newquay beach, blue reef aquarium, holywell beach etc., Very silent location and the house is fully surrounded by trees. Very Nature friendly location. House and the surrounding areas were maintained very neatly. Each and every kitchen item is available including Microwave oven, kettle, induction hob, plates, glasses etc., Very very safe place for family and friends. We have free wi-fi, private bathroom, TV etc., Overall our experience is awesome.”
