“I have to give top marks as I forgot to order my repeat prescription and only remembered when I ran out of BP and other meds. Sent the prescription over to Swanlow medical Centre on Saturday and it was sent to Pondas Monday lunch time and delivered to me early afternoon. After speaking to Alison at Pondas she said she would call me either to say it would be delivered or that I would have to try & collect. She kept me informed and I am so grateful to have had such brilliant service. I now have reminders so that I don’t do this again”
