“This pharmacy is excellent as Jack and Sarah are professional in their approach and its a very friendly atmosphere in the shop as all the staff are helpful and pleasant . Jack and Sarah always go the extra mile to help customers are often obliging without me asking. I feel this pharmacy needs a special mention as the service here is second to none. The staff at the only independent pharmacy in Crewe as far as I know deserve an accolade.”

“I attended the minor ailments clinic and I was attended to quickly, with kindness, and left 10 minutes later with antibiotics to clear my condition. The pharmacy is clean and spacious with great regular Pharmacists”

“Superb service at this pharmacy. Wait times for prescriptions are minimal, and the advice from staff is exceptional. Collected a prescription for HRT medications, and they even suggested the prepayment plan for the medication, rather than just go for the profit on prescription cost. Really great service, can’t praise them enough. Staff are super friendly and attentive, a far cry from the previous pharmacy I used. Highly recommended this pharmacy.”

The staff are always cheerful and working cohesively as a team and even when faced with large workloads and constant out of stocks they’re always quick to act and try to get it or to let us know to go back to the GP. “The shop is fine, but it’s not where Google Says it is! It’s actually in the Market Shopping Centre, opposite Peacocks. The address might be correct as it says Market Centre but when you look at the pin Google drops or if you try to follow directions to it, it’s definitely not the right place!”

“This has to be my favourite H&B manager is lovely often have regular conversations with her. Rest of staff are friendly but don’t really tend to engage much of conversation. Over all I love the store and the products”

“I always appreciate the hard work of the staff in this store, always happy to help and find answers to questions.The pharmacy is very hard to get hold of by phone when needing to check if a prescription is ready, but they make up for this in always being happy to help and trying to get your prescription fulfilled as quick as they can.The Midnight Pharmacy is a great thing to have locally, especially after shiftwork, but be aware that, due to the low local demand, it has cut down to reduced opening hours now, until 9pm weeknights.”

“My eye test was efficient and felt very thorough. The optician, M. Suetra, carefully checked my history and was reassuring throughout the test.I came back another day to buynew glasses. Don was fabulous. Guiding me to glasses that would suit my prescription and thoroughly measuring me to ensure correct fit. The whole team is always friendly and make time for all customers. “Amazing staff work so so hard and have to put up with abusive language and threatening behaviour from customers daily some even racist. Really seen the staff go above and beyond for customers ! Yes it's unfortunate when they close for lunch but everyone deserves a lunch and shouldn't receive abuse for a basic human right. Staff have NEVER served anyone I know or myself or family with any attitude but they won't take abuse from customers, which is very fair!

“Hi was waiting for ahour for Nasal drops only to be told after that they didn't have them in stock. Why didn't they check sooner wot a complete waste of time to Me the staff are a joke. Some people are not very polite at all in there.”

“It is a small pharmacy where I collect my prescriptions. No issues really. Prescriptions are most often available and ready on time. Occasionally not, so either wait/return later same day/return next day. Occasionally queuing up is out of the door due to sudden influx of customers all at same time to a small pharmacy. Pharmacists are efficient and try to attended to everyone as quickly as is possible. Pharmacists are nice and due to it being a small place they do remember names/recognise faces which helps speed things up. On my way there now. lol

“Nice to see little section of oriental delight that is locally and convenient. Be creative with full meal. I find that, if I simmer the dim sum or fishballs, it double it size. ( 10minites ) Then I added pack of noodles. And any veg I can fine, what water left I poach a crack or 2 ege separate or last thing I do in the same pot with the noodle.

With wonton pastry, similar to a pasta sheet, wrapped any fillings of choice then boil in water for 10 minuts till it wrinckly floating at top. Wonton soup or just eat with choice of dipping sauce.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now after transferring from another. Initially, it was an absolute disaster; non-existent customer service, lines out the door, stock issues, and so on. I wanted to post a positive review today simply because I think they’ve introduced new staff, who really are going to make a difference based off my experience today. I think the name was Lindsay or Leslie, and she was absolutely lovely. She really made the effort to greet everyone, and apologise for any amount of wait that was had, sincerely. It’s crazy to think that this triggers a review from me, but truly compared to the usual horrific service it had to be mentioned, and hopefully more of this service will continue.”
