“Today all of the staff in this chemist helped me more than they will know. I suffer from severe anxiety and they calmed an attack down for me today. They sat me down and gave me cups of water and many tissues (soft ones too! )And I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve asked my doctors now for all of my prescriptions to be sent to clear pharmacy, you gained my trust, my whole appreciation and my top respect.”

“The shop is fine, but it’s not where Google Says it is! It’s actually in the Market Shopping Centre, opposite Peacocks. The address might be correct as it says Market Centre but when you look at the pin Google drops or if you try to follow directions to it, it’s definitely not the right place!”
“I have been using this Pharmacy for 5 years now and have always found staff to be friendly and helpful also always had the right prescription, I have repeat prescriptions and have them electronically sent to them so it saves me time and effort. Also good parking , I have had bad experiences at other pharmacys,like Eagle Bridge”
“Good service but annoyed I wasn’t given option to choose lenses I could afford, sales assistant said£240 on the lens that the optometrist has recommended!He might have chose them for himself, but I had no say in which lenses I could afford so not bought any”

“The best pharmacy in Crewe. The manager here was extremely helpful when Boots were unable to dispense my prescription, Boots were very unhelpful and simply said their supplier was out of stock! Leaving me without medication. Rowlands pharmacy ordered my medication in the next day, even before the GP issued my replacement prescription to Rowlands. This is now my nominated pharmacy. It is always very efficient and very short waiting times. Highly recommend.”
