“Within half an hour of saying I want to register the forms were with me for signing . I’ve had my first script delivered today , which is brilliant . Can not fault them. Only wish I had done this sooner esp pre lockdown when I had to wait in a queue for my script at the local pharmacy for over an hour and feeling unwell. No more worries now. There brilliant .”

“I have severe ADHD and remembering to put in my repeat prescription was almost impossible, I’d remember and then get distracted and the cycle would repeat each morning until I ran out of my tablets that I needed in order to breathe! This was a massive issue - Chemist counter direct have changed everything for me- they assist with my disability and as as result I can have better medicine concordance and improvement with my breathing issues! Paul is fantastic as are all the other staff! I can’t thank them enough”

When the prescription from the Dr turned out to be incorrect they took forward resolving with the GP, so I could take my little one home to rest only contacting me when it was ready to collect. “Really helpful pharmacy who go above and beyond to look after customers. They are super at talking with the GP surgery and resolving issues. The prescription delivery service is a really wonderful service for the community. There is a private consultation room and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the pharmacy I would most recommend is Sandbach/Elworth.”
