“I love this pharmacy. It is so well run and the pharmacist is very helpful and has saved me no end of visits to my GP surgery. I have my covid and flu jabs here. The staff are incredibly helpful and my repeat prescription is always ready on time. There are 3 chemist's in Alsager but this one is by far the best, in my opinion. They have all of the vitamins, cold & flu remedies you need as well as specialist items and electronic medical gadgets too. If they don't have an item that you want, they get it for you. I think this chemist meets your needs and more.”

“I thought the optometrist was too robotic; she did her job well but; she was asking me too quickly to choose between 1 or 2, not giving me enough time to decide definitely my choice. I don't expect a full blown conversation with anyone but; a "How are you this morning" wouldn't go amiss, I just didn't feel relaxed. Then I thought the total cost was a bit OTT, I chose frames for £100, and after having the charge for grinding thinner, and having a tint; the total cost was £210, less 10%, (£189) I was a staggered to say the least, (being a pensioner). The young lady who actually took the order and dealt with the sale, was absolutely super; she knew how to converse with customers, and was very professional all round.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I myself have a crippling fear of anything sharp and pointy. And let me tell you, those needles can be mean. The gentleman who does the covid and flu jabs there is truly one of a kind. I felt absolutely nothing. When he says no pain, he really means it. I now walk in that room with a sense of unbridled eagerness, to combat the expectation of pain. Absolutely amazing. (Perscriptions bit slow and muddled) I recommend the man who does vaccinations gets a raise. He's kind and amazing at what he does”

“Great pharmacy. Really helpful staff who have supported three members of my family with extremely complex medical needs. They always seem to be busy, so you need to exercise a little patience sometimes, especially at peak times. Getting through on the phone can be a little difficult at times, because they are dealing with face to face customer issues. I'd advise physically going there if able, otherwise just keep trying on the phone. Top rating from me.”
