“I first went to Milwards for two reasons,1) it's an independent pharmacy and I like to support small independent businesses as I believe everyone should. Why constanty give your money to the big boys where you are literally just a number?From the moment I walked in, it was obvious they care about their customers, Malc the pharmacist is a nice guy and not only happy to listen, but gives great advice. I feel they really care there.2) they offer a stop smoking course which is brilliantly presented by Steph. She explained all that I'd have to do regarding using patches and another aid of my choice. I've gone with nicotine gum. She has kept in touch with me daily, encouraged me, listen to me moan and has been a great support.I've got a long way to go, but thanks to Steph, I believe I will succeed this time. I was a heavy smoker for 46 years and if I can do it, anyone can. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain, I feel so much better already and I'm only 12 days in! Thank you Steph. ?”

“The Pharmacist (Paula) at the N-u-L Boots store was very helpful and organized our Yellow Fever Exemption Forms without actually having a appointment, after we had had a very stressful time trying to organise them elsewhere. Also thanks to the young lady on the pharmacy area who was very polite and tried to help us.”

He is training to be a doctor and I think he certainly has the qualities such a lovely young man, I wish him well. “Lovely helpful staff. I watched a member of staff help an older person understand their prescription. She then checked that they were able to manage their bags.I visited a number of pharmacies in search of a drug that no one seemed to have. I didn't see this level of service in any other group pharmacy. Well done guys.”

“Went in here the other week just to have a look, have to say the prices were very good and had a fair selection. Only thing is the carpet cleaner i bought didnt really work, wish there were more locations, of BC. Cant say about other reviews but initially my experience was ok”

“I love this Pharmacy. They are always polite, professional and friendly. They have to dealwith some real characters and they do it with the utmost decorum even when the people are difficult, obnoxious and loud. I tip my hat to all of the employees here, they have assisted me since before the relocation, through Covid and after and they are always a joy to deal with.”

“I understand that people have different experiences, but so far Morrisons Pharmacy have been wonderful with me. Whenever I need to continue my medication, I pop in and ask for a consultation, which they sort out for me within 10 minutes. Consultations are very swift, and pharmacists I’ve met are always lovely. Whenever I’ve had to call them up, they’ve been nice on the phone, and patient while I explain what service I require.

As I previously said, I understand people have different experiences with healthcare, but honestly, if a pharmacist doesn’t smile at me, or is quite blunt, I put it down to them being extremely busy and sometimes short-staffed, not rude or unprofessional! As long as I get what I came there for, I’m happy! Wonderful service for the whole year I’ve been going there!”

“10 stars would nit be enough to say about this Pharmacy the team go above and beyond for all customers Sam the pharmacist is so amazing and the staff who work with him are too I stood behind a lady in the pharmacy who was talking to Sam and he blushed thanking her but she said you are lovely and need recognition she turned to me and said I admire this man I myself owe Sam my life and his team are amazing when we all work together going to work in a morning is so rewarding and pay does not come into it if you love what you do it’s half the battle to get up and go to work . The shop was in a mess from before but is now getting ti look good shelves stocked priced up but Sam is working long hours to get this done as they do not have enough time to try and fit in before opening times they really do all work together to make this pharmacy one of the best Well Pharmacy to go thank you all of you for helping me and my husband to understand a silent killer blood pressure which I didn’t know I had and could easily have had a heartache or stoke in my family history it was so high and my previous GP did not pick up on this even though I gave Blood Pressure readings!!! Wake up Surgeries and now as the Pharmacy had to help you out more!!! You are sitting back and pushing work onto the. pharmacist not all GP or staff are standing back Receptionist at the surgery are going out of their way to help myself and my husband to get help but these surgery need to wake up and turn your surgery into a best surgery to go !!!! Look at other GP surgeries who are taking your patients away help your patients we know best and it is frustrating to be told by AE worst surgery you could be with!!! Work with your staff listen to Patients stop hiding behind Covid we now as government say live with Covid it is here to stay thank you Sam and Staff at Well Pharmacy King Street Newcastle and some not all of the staff at the Surgery you have saved my life!!! I don’t know how to repay you only with my review!!!!!! THANk YOU !!!!”

“Easy and Speedy service and if they are busy it's simple - I do a little shop whilst I wait.Would recommend as they are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. They close earlier on Sunday - check the times.(For those of you leaving negative reviews and not understanding rules around prescriptions being filled, if there is not a pharmacist present for whatever reason, you cannot collect your medication. This is to keep you safe as they are the only one who can explain you medication to you. This applies to all chemists. You can however call any other chemist that is open and ask them to fill your script as they check if you've collected it through the electronic system. If you have not they can give you what is prescribed by your Doctor. Problem solved.)”
