“Not only have they been a great help for me personally after an issue with my prescription, but they've always been friendly even when people haven't always offered them the same courtesy. I witnessed a sweet older lady ask if they could sort her husbands vaccine in the car as he had mobility issues. The staff were brilliant, told her to wait in the car and said they'd come out and sort both of them in the comfort of the car. It's the little bits of compassion that matter.”

“It was the Coronation weekend and Bank Holiday. I was having difficulty getting my repeat meds and was leaving for a 5 week trip to Europe. I was in Wales and having difficulty finding a chemist to download my prescription.Azeem the pharmacist that day was a real lifesaver and rang around chemists near our location to see who could help as we tried to come up with a solution. I got them in the end but couldn’t have managed without his help. He went over and above to assist and highly recommend Rowlands and especially him. Thanks again??”
