“I'm not sure where other people are going with their reviews as this has been our family pharmacy for more than 10 years and we couldnt be happier with the service.The staff are incredibly helpful; amazing, (not arrogant or rude) and friendly (not abusive) Being a professional person, I appreciate that there may be busy periods for all businesses and am adult enough to be patient and expect slight delays- although I personally haven't experienced any delays. Items are eagerly ordered in and advice given with care and expert knowledge. This applies to all staff, not just the Pharmacist.Located conveniently beside a Chinese takeaway and a Co-op, with ample parking. “The staff in this boots are absolutely amazing, nothing is to much trouble and your always greeted with a smile. Even whilst the shop is undergoing changes due to the pharmacy expanding and them taking on 2 other boots pharmacy patients due to them closing, they really are doing a great job and people need to have a bit of patience whilst all this transition is happening and given time they will love the shop and staff who work here just as much as the regular customers do.

“This ASDA location was BIG! It looks like a Super Walmart inside. I found more of the hot sauce, tubs if Cadbury and other tempting items. Luckily, I was able to resist and got what I really wanted/needed. I'd be in trouble living nearby because I would probably come daily just to refill my Cadbury stash! The store is well lit and laid out in such a way that you should be able to find what you ate looking for. They have signs above each aisles lie most grocery stores do. I like that the employees are friendly and helpful. You can check out at the self-check out lanes, or have an employee ring you up. It was a great shopping experience here at this bigger ASDA. I'd definitely return!”

“Staff are over worked because of lack of support from government. None of the problems that occur are through fault on the staff . They work hard to try and solve these problems but still get abuse from customers . I appreciate their efforts”
