“This pharmacist is knowlegeable, friendly, helpful and reliable. For years my family and me have used this pharmacist for collection of repeat prescriptions, minor illnesses and they never let me down even when the GP surgery messes up my repeat prescription before my holiday! This is not my nearest pharmacist but its the one I choose to keep using as its the best one.”
“Came here yesterday for a consultation with Billy as advised by 111 NHS Online over a lingering cough. Very friendly man as was the lady at the till who told me where to sit at the waiting chairs. The consultation wasn't rushed, explained everything in detail and took time to listen to my thoughts and concerns which he factored into his judgement. Billy even said I was welcome to come back any time for him to show me how to use my inhalers properly which I think I will do. Thank you Billy you are a very nice gentleman.”

“Had a wait at the prescription counter to speak with the pharmacist, I wasn't happy when a young woman strolled up and he dealt with her before me. He took her off into a consulting room and was taking an age to deal with her. Not the best experience for my first visit.”

“This is an old school pharmacy, who have not forgotten how to listen to people and offer strong advice. I reckon that the Pharmacist that I spoke with today is possibly more qualified than my GP.Whites also offer a range of stuff that is half the price of "Bigger" chemists and are very reasonable with their pricing. The staff are really friendly too and they are all working under terrible pressure to keep everyone safe. Thanks all, I am very impressed.”

“I always enjoy shopping in my local Boots store in our St Helens Town Centre because all the staff have a very friendly, warm and helpful service towards myself and other customers visiting the store. On a personal note, I also find they also have a wide and varied range of products to chose from at very reasonable prices.I mainly prefer to shop in the Boots store within our Town Centre than the store on the local Retail Park as I can also shop in the other diverse shops, and cafes etc within our high street network as they are all within walking distance.”
“In response to Ann Fearons review I was in the pharmacy at the same time as yourself do you actually know what goes on behind the scenes?? You wanted to get your eps script from this pharmacy and as the lady rightly explained once it has been dispensed from your nominated pharmacy it then becomes unattainable at any other pharmacy and it is no longer accessible from the spine unless your nominated pharmacy returns it on your say so, hope this helps to explain what exactly happened.”

“Posting on behalf of my Nan.My Nan came in to this store last week and due to very hot weather and her having walked some distance from the bus stop, she was flushed and very breathless. She went to the pharmacy to pick up what she needed and was offered a seat and a bottle of water by a member of staff called Julie. When I spoke to my Nan on the phone later that day, she said she felt like she’d had a little pamper and couldn’t say enough positive things about Julie and how kind she’d been. She asked me if I could leave a review to pass on her thanks to Julie and she felt so much better after having some water and a sit down.Thank you so much Julie for looking out for my wonderful Nan. It is so lovely to know that people are so happy to help her if needed. ☺️”
