“I changed the Pharmacy from Rainbow Medical Centre that I was extremely disappointed with to Fingerpost Pharmacy that I was amazed at the service that I have now. Extremely quick with my prescription, so professional, polite staff that make me so glad that I'm now and always will be”

“James is fantastic, this lad goes above and beyond! I've been meaning to leave a review for ages because he's helped me in the past too and I've just forgotten but tonight I felt I had to. Most pharmacists I've met over the years just want to 'get you out of the way' and finish giving you what you need (at least that's the feeling I get and I understand that because it's a demanding environment). But James is totally different. No matter how long you take with him or how many questions you've asked he always end the chat politely with, "And is there anything else I can help you with today?" But tonight I had to leave this review because the pharmacy closed at 9pm and the lovely lad had the decency to help me until 9:15pm with help and advice - and he helped SO much! He is a true asset to Tesco's and the term 'customer service'.”

“The staff are always helpful & polite here. I order my prescription via the NHS app and the pharmacy always text me to tell me when it's ready to collect. I've never had any problems with them at all!”

“Can’t fault Clarks, very friendly staff & the service is excellent.Compared to last one i used as they were never on hand. When you ordered medication it was a lottery as to when they were ready.”

“This is an old school pharmacy, who have not forgotten how to listen to people and offer strong advice. I reckon that the Pharmacist that I spoke with today is possibly more qualified than my GP.Whites also offer a range of stuff that is half the price of "Bigger" chemists and are very reasonable with their pricing. The staff are really friendly too and they are all working under terrible pressure to keep everyone safe. Thanks all, I am very impressed.”

“Even though there are often issues with my prescriptions and have to return 3 or 4 times for it to be completed, I must say that the staff are fantastically friendly and helpful. I would give staff 5/5 but organisation 2/5”

“In response to Ann Fearons review I was in the pharmacy at the same time as yourself do you actually know what goes on behind the scenes?? You wanted to get your eps script from this pharmacy and as the lady rightly explained once it has been dispensed from your nominated pharmacy it then becomes unattainable at any other pharmacy and it is no longer accessible from the spine unless your nominated pharmacy returns it on your say so, hope this helps to explain what exactly happened.”

“The women who work here are lovely. They also seem great with names/faces as they often just collect my items for me as I come in. Very helpful.\\nPerhaps some of the negative reviews are towards staff that no longer work there...? I haven’t had an issue in 2+yrs”

“Andy in triage was amazing. Went above and beyond. I was there for 20 mins total and out the door with appointment at the hospital for 30 mins later to get sorted. Without his help I’d have likely been sat there waiting for hours. Top bloke. Really cared for my situation.”

“Asda is a great supermarket that offers a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Whether you’re shopping for fresh produce, groceries, household essentials, or clothing, you’ll find almost everything under one roof. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate, which makes the shopping experience smooth and efficient.

Their fresh fruit and vegetable section is well-stocked and reasonably priced, and I’ve always been impressed by the quality. The bakery and deli sections are also worth a visit, offering freshly baked goods and a nice selection of prepared foods.

The staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to help if you can’t find something or need assistance. The self-checkout and traditional tills make checkout flexible depending on how much you’re buying.

One of the highlights is their George clothing line, which offers stylish and affordable options for the whole family. The parking facilities are ample, and the Asda Rewards app is a fantastic way to save money with cashback on purchases.

Overall, Asda is a reliable supermarket with a great mix of quality, convenience, and affordability. Highly recommended for weekly shopping or a quick trip to pick up essentials!”

“Lovely staff and brilliant service, been going here for years. I only knocked off a star as the company needs to invest and do the pharmacy up, looks run down and has done for years - you would think new ownership would try to make it better. The ladies Anna, Sue and Ellie are fab. They know their customers by name and always do their best for you, wish more places had staff like them!”

“Had a fantastic experience. I only wish I had asked for the lady's name who dealt with me on 14/09/23 at around 8pm. I can't thank her enough. I am a welfare officer and I visited a gentleman who had ran out of an important medication. I managed to get an emergency prescription sent over to asda. She couldn't find him on the system as I didnt have his DOB but she went above an beyond to trace it. You potentially stopped this man from becoming poorly and ending up in hospital. Thanks again. ?”
