Lovely food section now. Easy returns too with the machine. It's just gets too busy at the weekend, which isn't their fault.

My husband and I went into Gemini cafe at 11.30 for a drink and a snack but I couldn't believe how disgusting it was. I counted around 20 free tables all still with dirty cups and plates left on so there wasn't a clear or clean table to sit on. We emptied one table ourselves and I went to order. Since when did Marks and Spencer decide that service was not an important part of its proposition? I went to buy homewear, and selected a few glass vases. You had to take care as plenty of the stock on the shelves had chips and shouldn't be on sale. Then I found that every till is self service. I asked a member of... read full comment
