“I wrote a review about three months ago... and I don't know why it's not showing up anywhere. So I decided to write another one because I was recently back at Decathlon with my bike and needed help from the bike repair shop (I bought a really unlucky bike- for the first time in my life ... and now I'm a regular customer of your shop - I bought my bike from another shop - unfortunately!). I'd like to give a big shout-out to the service staff. Especially Mr. Ian. I've been using your shop for years and have never been disappointed. I can repair or replace a lot of things myself... but when serious problems arise, Ian is irreplaceable. Always polite, thorough, professional, and truly knows his stuff, knows what he's doing, and always has great and helpful advice. His younger assistant (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) was also very friendly and eager to help. Last time, just before the shop closed, he didn't really have to, but in a hurry, he quickly fixed the problem that I had been struggling with for half a day. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have been able to get to work in the morning). Fantastic service. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find competent people willing to help at the last minute. Such employees are irreplaceable. Thank you so much.

“I love this place, you need to spend a bit of time in here though to be able to have a good look through all the rails to make sure you've not missed anything.”

“Popped in to buy last minute gift, they were the best price in the area and gave it to me in a lovely bag with a free gift, this was on Thursday late night shopping and the two members of staff that were working were both lovely people so even though it was only a short visit they really made an impact and deserve recognition, great job ladies”

“I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.”

Has it's own wing for Next Home and in the middle is a Costa coffee should you want to pop in for a little refreshment.
Plenty on offer in this store if you are a fan of next always had great service and even has a handy automatic return base if you need to take any online orders back. Simple scan the bar code place in the box and away you go!”

“Affordable prices. Wide range of products to choose from. However, can be a bit crowded sometimes, according to the time if the day. Definitely need to utilise your face mask.”

“Pharmacy. Perfumes, makeup, baby products and health care avail here, not a big store so no beauty counters etc but they do have staff who can match makeup to your skin tone etc..”

“I good charity shop in the middle of town. Not the cheapest and to crowded but well presented clean and no charity shop smell. Men's suites at around £15, some very good quality ones. Men's Jackets at around £5.00”

“Had to return trainers as my orthotics didn't fit. I had lost receipt so wasn't holding out much hope in being able to do so.
Aidan was very helpful and eventually sorted it for me. I then asked for assistance purchasing some different trainers with removable insoles. Again Aidan was helpful,very patient and I went away with trainers to accommodate my difficult feet.”

“Parked at the Warrington store to buy stuff for a walking holiday. Had a good look around and spent several hundreds of pounds. Unfortunately because we were on site (in the shop) for 2 1/4 hours and the max parking is 2 hours I have just received a £100 'fine', which if I pay in the next couple of days (as it has taken 11 days to get to me), then it's only £60! Will give it a miss next time?
update. called in to store with fine letter. They have sent it off immediately and say it will be cancelled. Good to know the store has the power to override the fines.”

“Staff were very helpful, soon as I walked in I had a nice welcome from several staff, although I had lost the picture on my phone of which trainers I was buying my son for Xmas,I told the lad the price and just described what I had been told. they looked like. straight away he got the ones I was on about. “It would of been 5 but 4 is the attitude of the tall lady decent clothes and variety of things inside at good prices I’ve bought plenty at this store most of the staff are ok except the tall blonde women every time she serves me always a issue who needs some manners and not trying to cause issues with customer like she owns the shop she will no who I was i made a point of it’s a hanger not a big deal I did take the top off the hanger to try it on when I went to the till not the first time we have had this conversation she tried to look down at me moaning about why I left the coat hanger and go and get it i said no then she completely ignores me so I say thanks very much customer sales comes before a coat hanger she definitely needs to smile or find another job I review plenty of different places good /bad each review is fair .
