“Visited this store recently for a browse round as I hadn't been for a long time. I was so impressed with the wide range of stock they had at fantastic prices. The store is spacious, well laid out and clean. The staff are all so very pleasant, friendly, willing, efficient and knowledgeable. I phoned in the evening of 2nd February and spoke to Anna to see if they had any of the large jumbo storage bags left in store as I had purchased some on my initial visit and they were superb. She willingly went and had a look. She kindly put them all away for me to collect this morning with my name on. Nothing was too much trouble for Anna and it was near to closing time but she was so friendly and helpfull. This was outstanding customer service in my opinion. I went in to collect them today and Anna herself even came to say hello to me as she was starting her shift. I will be shopping here regularly from now. Only went in for my jumbo storage bag but came out with a trolley full of goods!. A great store, selling great products, employing great staff. No problem parking. Well worth a visit.”

“Has plenty of old stock in and, if like me you don't mind last seasons trends, it's worth visiting to get hold of some quality Next clothing. Also has a small homeware department with constantly changing stock. Never seems too busy”

“We had a great delivery of 2 beds with headboards but we have had an issue with one of the bases and not had quite the support we expected from Browsers beds. Both my letters have been returned as the address shown you can't contact them at also the address they gave us as well. this was there reply. Hi Ian. Apologies I was under the impression I had until Monday to get back to you as I think this was when I received your text. We have been on holiday and I have been waiting to speak with our legal department. Unfortunately I still have not received your letter through the post however the copy you have attached will suffice. After speaking with the manufacturer, it is our opinion that this is not a manufacturing fault. We have sold many hundreds of these over the years and can say this is the first time I have seen something like this. Therefore given that the goods are outside of the twelve month guarantee we are unable to exchange or refund. The offer of repair with a charge still stands. Plenty on offer in this store if you are a fan of next always had great service and even has a handy automatic return base if you need to take any online orders back. Simple scan the bar code place in the box and away you go!”

“I visited Matalan today with my husband & used two separate tills as I treated my son. I have had surgery on my arm which is in a sling. As I went to can my first item I was struggling & just turned to my husband for help which in turn the young boy stood in the door area collecting money I think & a worker walked straight over to me & asked if he could help which I accepted. Why could the lady behind me stood free at that moment not asked. He showed quality customer service & inniative. I went back in the shop & asked his name. Nathan was his name x”

“Pharmacy. Perfumes, makeup, baby products and health care avail here, not a big store so no beauty counters etc but they do have staff who can match makeup to your skin tone etc..”

“It's located off the A49.
By car, access is off the A49 northbound side just after Macdonald's or via the Gateway 49 trading estate entrance (A49 northbound turn left at the lights (between Matalan and Macdonald's) then 100yds turn right for the Range entrance (FREE parking).
It's on two floors (lift available). The first floor has a huge display area with a café.
Being one of their larger stores it has a lot more variety of goods on display.”

“I think the food hall is good for the food however it’s very busy and the pizzas easily sell out very fast and need restocking along with other items. Good quality food and a nice place to shop. However the cafe does have plates from last tables and need clearing as people leave and then there is no where to sit down.”
