“Visited this store recently for a browse round as I hadn't been for a long time. I was so impressed with the wide range of stock they had at fantastic prices. The store is spacious, well laid out and clean. The staff are all so very pleasant, friendly, willing, efficient and knowledgeable. I phoned in the evening of 2nd February and spoke to Anna to see if they had any of the large jumbo storage bags left in store as I had purchased some on my initial visit and they were superb. She willingly went and had a look. She kindly put them all away for me to collect this morning with my name on. Nothing was too much trouble for Anna and it was near to closing time but she was so friendly and helpfull. This was outstanding customer service in my opinion. I went in to collect them today and Anna herself even came to say hello to me as she was starting her shift. I will be shopping here regularly from now. Only went in for my jumbo storage bag but came out with a trolley full of goods!. A great store, selling great products, employing great staff. No problem parking. Well worth a visit.”

“Staff can be rude at times but what can you do, good selection of items. Will say that having the bakery right next to the public bathrooms probably was no the most hygienic of situations but that’s not their fault. Can get extremely busy at times.”

“Always really good quality of food and veg and prices amazing too. So thankful we've got Aldi here as the other supermarkets are way too expensive and their food and veg quality isn't good.”

“Decent variety of stock, they now have a freezer section too. Can get pretty much got everything that you need/want. Some staff are really smiley looking, but all of them are helpful though if needed.”

“Lidl, what an amazing shop, so much more reasonable in price compared to most supermarkets.

“Who invented the name "farmfoods" for a shop with mainly frozen food??? When I hear farm + food I expect fresh food from local farmers. I will never understand the reason behind this name ?.”

Visiting just before 7pm Tuesday though,
was disappointed to find no fresh white fish at all- completely empty stretch of fridge space. However, the bag of very inexpensive frozen white fish fillets proved a very successful alternative as it was wanted for a spicy fish stew and not for a single piece of fish.”

“Always have a great experience here.Its a very well maintained tidy & clean shop. I Can normally always find what I need. Staff are exceptionally helpful & have a great attitude.? (which ALWAYS helps!!) Personally im more than happy to use the self service till. Although for any customers that would prefer to be served by a member of staff there's always been at least one person on a till. (Regardless of the time it's been.) (Obviously if you arrive at a very busy time just give yourself more time to get around). Although i can't always afford to shop here as it's a pricey. Food Is always delicious & any products of Sainsbury's are always of excellent quality.xx ???”

“Great choice of frozen foods and discounted everyday fresh and longlife foods, we particularly like the chicken strips ( different coatings) to make up our chicken and salad wraps ? there never seems to be enough staff on the checkouts but that goes for lots of shops nowadays.... great offer on Tuesdays for oap's 10% off your bill - well done Iceland! ?”

“Good shop, has got groceries, some household stuff, clothes, pharmacy,cafe and a couple of other in store shops. It ha been in this location for long time, so getting a bit shabby. Big car park.”

“Wow wow wow what a store, lovely and clean and large isles which are so suitable for wheelchair users (they also have adaptive trolleys).\\nWill be back with mum now I know it is suitable, I feel a big shopping trip will be made ?”

“We found this after having to come of motorway when noticing the petrol had gone very low a distance from there but welcome sight filled up and paid in the tesco express shop and headed back on motorway for home .”

“This has now become my regular stop for anything i need even though it's not the closest to me, friendly staff that will always go the extra mile for you. Whether it's directong you to the aisle you need or pointing at shelf you're looking at but not seeing”

“Similar to a previous reviewer, I moved here recently and also suffer anxiety after a traumatic few years in London. I find all the staff here extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The customers as well. Well above what is expected in retail. It truly feels like a "community" store, and one I would recommend to anyone. I'm very grateful to have found them”

“It's a smaller store, but usually get all your requirements there, looks like the bakery function was removed like all Sainsburys stores, nobody manning this counter to slice loaves.”

“Happy every time I leave here, even if I didn't get what I went for, because the staff are so friendly and down to earth.The shop is a little smaller than ', the poplars ave' store, so does have fewer options but a fair variety of vegan and cruelty free options (would be great if they could stock more of Co ops own brands conditioner, deodorant etc).Thank you to the lovely lady at the till today around 9.15Am for a pleasant shopping experience.I do not wear a mask for personal reasons and you did not make me feel threatened or singled out like the staff do at the Lymm Co op.Many thanks to a lovely little shop.”

“Great offers. Just a shame not more about that are close to the actual sainsburys supermarkets. My local ones in Bletchley and milton Keynes dont have a petrol station they give me petrol vouchers but I then have to drive 20 to 30 miles to either Northampton or Dunstable to use them so it's a bit silly really cant understand why they've not built at least two in milton Keynes bletchley areas where they would do very well. Asda and morrisons have them on their doorsteps but why not sainsburys I just dont know???”

“The lidl in latchford warrington, has the most amazing helpful and kind staff and management. Today they helped an elderly gentle man, called an ambulance and brought him a chair. They offered him a drink but he refused. Ive been doing my shopping there for years and will never go back to any other store.”

“Co op is clean. There are baskets and a sanitizing station before you shop. The aisles are always clear in here and everything I shop for has been labelled and is tidy on the shelves. Staff are very helpful and very pleasant. Never had a bad experience in this store. The prices can sometimes be a little higher than the other stores, for the items I buy, however, I use the App and get money off coupons which are usuallly relevant to the items I buy and a membership discount on certain goods so for a small shopping trip works out fine. Theres never been a queue outside and the parking is good.”

““Morrisons is a brilliant all-round store. The place is always very clean and well laid out, which makes shopping simple and stress-free. Parking is easy and convenient, and I like that I can fill up with petrol at the same time – it saves an extra stop. I can even grab my daily newspaper while I’m there. The store has a huge variety of products, so whether it’s groceries, household items, or little extras, I can usually find everything I need in one visit. A proper one-stop shop that makes life that bit easier.””

“been my local for 20 years very friendly staff which can be a problem when they spend 5 minutes talking to customers especially when your in a rush other then that it’s decent bit pricy but that’s the economy”

“Great little local shop, has some of the same stuff that is sold in larger Tesco storesPrices are the same as larger stores as well Convinent saves trip into town for everyday essentials. Has a Atm out side and also free car parking for approx 12 cars it has a disabiledparkingback near the entrance.”

“I went in the Grappenhall store at 18.42 tonight and was served my a lovely young man named Jake. He was very polite an helped me pack all my shopping as it was heavy he double bagged my dog food for me. What a refreshing change it makes to go into a shop an be served by someone that doesn't make you feel like they're doing you a favor! I go in the store most days and all the staff are lovely but Jake actually made me want to write a review so well done Jake I don't generally do reviews but credit where it's due”
