“It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Chris, the salesman, was very helpful and very informative. I couldn't make a decision buying the bed until I had spoken to my husband unfortunately.The next day I rang the shop and spoke to another salesman who again was very polite and helpful his name was Kieran. Lovely staff I could not falt the service at all. Very efficient and helpful staff.”

“The 2 lads at the Warrington store looked after us with our purchase making sure we chose the perfect bed and mattress that suited us and not just to get a sale, can't fault you at all, the delivery guys were perfect and put the bed where we wanted it as we were assembling it oyrselves”

“Great rooms as always. Shame that the restaurant is getting refurbished as this is always convenient. They have moved the coffee machine to the lobby with free refills for the time being.”

“This Premier Inn is understaffed the employee that is responsible for welcoming and signing in visitors is also in charge of running the bar, waitressing on tables and making sure the kitchen is working properly.
We did not get our towels until we went down to ask for them, and the bathroom had no toilet paper in.”

“This store has everything you need to furnish your home from curtains, rugs, furniture and much more. It is good for finding the right curtain rail or pole depending on your needs, including runners for curtain track. Much cheaper than DIY store.”

“I love this place because it has saved my life, the staff there are amazeing, it's a safe place to live, the food is cooked by a proper chief and is ruddy amazeing, my first thought of when they told me I had to live there was "where is the nearest bridge to jump off" just keep yourself to yourself and everything's gonna be ok, trust me it's not to bad”

Rooms clean not much noise that's i could hear and my room was next to the main road so no issues there”

“Parking was a nightmare so head there early,The place itself was sound very easy to see where you are going,the staff are helpful,the play area outside for the kids has now gone but there is still a play area inside,there are a few places in store to have a bite to eat”

“People complaining ? I don't understand. It's basic YES but it was clean and tidy. It was perfect for a night's stay as I had a early start the next morning. Shower, television and bed. Perfect for such a cheap night. I have no complaints at all. I did book the wrong date by accident but the lovely lady (with the lovely lashes) sorted us out in no time.
Lovely hotel and if I have to come again I will definitely book here. Thankyou x”

“Stayed over creamfields with some friends and everyone was so nice and helpful, lovely atmosphere from the staff they genuinely seem like they want to help vs it being a chore. Everything was pristine in the room and The bed was so comfy I swear i would have stolen it if it could fit in my bag ?Special thank you to Holly for helping me figure out how to hold a key the right way around after a very long night ?”
