“Excellent service from Chris at Dreams Jn9 Retail Park in Warrington. He spent a lot of time advising and assisting us in the purchase of a bed and mattress. Their Sleepmatch assessing bed was amazing at what it calculates you need for an optimum sleep and Chris' product knowledge was first class.”

“Premier inn are predictably the same where ever you go, which is excellent. 5 stars to Sue, who was on reception. She was awesome. Nothing was too much bother for us. She really helped to make our stay special. The location was easy to find. There is a beefeater type place adjoining the Inn plus a McDonald’s just 50 meters away.Rooms: SpaciousSafety: Fire doors all shut. Great news.Noteworthy details: The staff were excellent”

“Staff deserve way more money. They were attentive and friendly and nothing was ever a problem to them at all despite being a potentially annoying customer! Entire place was clean and faultless and the room was genuinely the nicest premier inn room I've seen and was more spacious than any other I've stayed in. Dinner and breakfast was nice and can't fault it considering it was at a premier inn it did surprise me! Once again have to mention the receptionists they are incredible at their job!”

“I love this place because it has saved my life, the staff there are amazeing, it's a safe place to live, the food is cooked by a proper chief and is ruddy amazeing, my first thought of when they told me I had to live there was "where is the nearest bridge to jump off" just keep yourself to yourself and everything's gonna be ok, trust me it's not to bad”

“My experience buying a bed from bensons for beds has been brilliant from start to finish, the sales lady was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I was kept updated on delivery dates and time slots, it was so easy to change the delivery date when necessary and the delivery team were fantastic, they were polite and treated our home with respect. I would definitely recommend and buy from them in the future.”

After my boss booked me into the wrong place she had my booking moved, got me a table in the Swan and basically made my evening. I’m very grateful.”

“I have absolutely loved our stay at this travelodge, I litrally couldn't complain about 1 single thing. Never a disturbed sleep, cleaner's are none stop always spotless. Every member of staff our so welcoming an meet all needs making sure all the time we have all we need. By far the best we have stayed in yet!! Infact we don't want to leave I could happily live here and no all requirements are met. Never no problem with anything an nothings a problem to the staff at anytime either. ?”
