“First time here and it was a great experience. Greeted by lovely staff and the place is very charming. The food was lovely, Sunday roast was exactly what I wanted! Great little pub and relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were very attentive and Grace would check in with us to make sure we were ok. Good prices as well (especially in the height of summer and trying to keep these kids entertained and fed!) and good sized portions of food. Nice day out here at the farm and then coming here was the perfect end to the day. Highly recommend”

“Initial perception is a bit deceiving as yhe outside looks quite new but the inside is a bit tired and the old wooden floors everywhere
But on the plus side comfortable and I got a good sleep, the food prices for the Beefeater look very reasonable as well so all in all not a bad place to stay”

“I'd definitely stay here again. Great room rates, very nice, friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice decor. Hair dryer and iron in the room along with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. The hotel is very spacious. The communal areas on both floors have seating and tables. Sadly, however, I did not see any wheelchair accessibility to the rooms.

Food and drinks: Typical wetherspoons but with the added bonus of the AMERICAN STYLE PANCAKES for breakfast a definite 10/10 plenty of strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and syrup yummy!”
