“A great experience from the first visit to the shop when we met John Paul, all the way through to the fitting. Competitive pricing, straightforward advice, very easy to deal with, and went that extra mile to deliver great customer service. We had 3 rooms with laminate, 1 carpeted and 2 lots of stairs and landings carpeted. They all look fantastic and fitted to a very high standard of workmanship. I highly recommend them”

There is a Brewers Fayre opposite where you have breakfast if purchased, and the continental breakfast was great!”

“I've been staying at Travelodge for many years as come over 4 times a year to see my kids and grandkids and have always received excellent service from jan the supervisor,jane and shakia — until now. I work in customer service myself, so I understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager Magda was absolutely shocking.
They were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked even the most basic customer service skills. It felt like they had no interest in making guests feel welcome. This is a real disappointment, especially when I’ve had such consistently great experiences here in the past.
I sincerely hope this is addressed because it’s sad to see such a sharp decline in standards. Long-term, loyal guests deserve better.”
