Such a pleasure to listen to staff openly swearing at each other while serving me at the till with my youngest daughter. I'm not sure who's in charge at this store but they need to set some workplace standards and enforce them with their staff. Unpleasant.

There was an asian guy and he told us to hurry up multiple times even tho there was still 25 minutes to close I asked to him size he told we cant sell more shoes anymore there was a lot of other people but he was only telling us to hurry up he was racist my daughter was feeling very upset ?

Great customer service, especially from Hamza, really polite, really helpful, didn’t make you feel like you were a hassle when asking to try on multiple pairs of boots. Highly recommended
