35-37“I don’t know the name of the lovely sales assistant that helped me today (they had long dark hair) but they were working at 11:40 on 7/7 and they were so helpful. I wish I’d caught their name to give them some feedback. They answered all my questions and were just generally a pleasure to meet. Really happy with my purchase. I got some jeans and the quality is amazing, only I now want them in more colours!”
“We went to get my son a pair of school shoes to fit over a leg and foot splint - the staff member could not have been more helpful! He was absolutely amazing, pulled out so many pairs of shoes and nothing was too much trouble! He really made us feel valued and turned a stressful shopping trip around to much less stress. I hope the management at skechers see this and give this lad a pat on the back - we need more staff like him!”

Unit 20a“First of all I would like to say that the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I love next and the cloths and have the app on my phone but I like to actually look and feel what I’m buying first . I am disabled and need to use a mobility aid for getting about . The way the shop is set out is not at all wheelchair friendly there are cloths rails packed in the shop so close together than it is impossible to move around the store. I was attacked by to of these rails (joke ) on Saturday but a member of staff helped me and was very apologetic and said it was there fault as o was so embarrassed. .also I had to get my son some shorts wich are on the upper floor . The good thing is there is a lift (thank goodness) the only thing is that whatever I want always seems to be were I can’t reach as like downstairs. The assistant was very helpful again but having to ask for assistance I find realy embarrassing. You can’t fault the quality of cloths and the helpfulness of the staff but access is terrible if like me you use a chair”

2 Maskew Ave“Good store to find inexpensive clothing for all the family. Adult sizing on swimwear needs tweaking. They come up small, go next size up for a better fit. Children's and babies' clothes are great value as are the home items. Would recommend ?”
“Medium size store. Lots choices. Clean well laid out. Food department quite big. Rest rooms available. Cafe there, very good nice helpful staff. Cheerful. Holiday money exchange there. Inside Queensgate. Lots parking. Main bus station there. Disabled friendly. Train station not to far.”

25 Long Causeway“Good shop with two floors of items. The staff is also quite helpful if you describe to them what you are looking for especially if you are going on a trip soon. There used to be quite a large queue during COVID for this store. Not sure if that is the case. It is a love or hate store for people.”

“I had a few items and never been disappointed. Superb quality and attention to detail that makes the footwear and clothing have a great feel and that perfect vintage clean cut look. Size guide on the website is dead on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend mod shoes to anyone.”
