Staff don’t seem to have a clue if it wasn’t such a waste of my time and they weren’t so arrogant and rude it would’ve been comedy

Cribbs branch fairly new so why no aircon absolutely disgusting that you expect staff to work in this especially up stairs hardly any staff on a busy Saturday afternoon the one there run ragged the queue for paying was ridiculous and unnecessary very poorly managed
