“The sword is excellent quality and well presented. There is some flexibility in the blade which is also excellent.
Delivery was a day late, due to the carrier, not the vendor. The carrier notified a time of delivery the day after order, but didn't deliver until the next day. However, delivery was still very quick.”

“Pre-ordered an outdoor signature pro pool table. The second i ordered it Callum rang me to advise if i chose a different colour cloth then I'd get a table a lot quicker which i greatly appreciated as i wanted a table to use ASAP this summer. It took a tad longer then expected for the table to be ready to deliver it to me, due to some manufacturing issues, but i am extremely happy with the table and the customer service provided by all colleagues..including the delivery men who installed it in exactly the place i wanted and were very helpful and provided excellent instructions on how i can care for the table all year round.”

“Fantastic experience at Easy Runner, I would highly recommend going for the shoe fitting for £20 which is taken off the price of the trainers if you choose to buy. Si was professional, friendly and extremely helpful - we went through 5-6 pairs and I was allowed to test run and talk through the comparisons. Can’t wait for my first run in the new trainers!”

“Men with big feet take note, this is the shop for big shoe / trainer sizes.I recently took a trip to JD sport's Avonmeads and suprise suprise they didn't have a single shoe that was my size, a 12.So as always I end up in sports direct and always make a purchase.i don't know why I still try other sports shop's for shoes as they never really supply anything over an 11.All other item's sold are great and we'll priced also.A definite thumb's up from me, 10 out of 10.???”

“Very good quality products sold here. However, the purpose of my review is mainly dedicated to one of your employees. A huge praise to Rash. His motivation felt very unique and characteristic. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. Jack in the children's shoes section was great after daughter couldn't find anything in her size, very helpful and managed to get her to agree on some shoes while also showing myself options of laces (after daughter complained).
