Great shop has all the major brands both my wife and I were impressed with the selection and the staff were helpful.

I have a disabled child in a wheelchair but was told the lift wasn't working however this was after they told me there wasn't a lift. I had to tell the staff we are able to use the lift behind the counter before. The staff were not interested and didn't care about my issue. Very bad customer service.

Store staff don't seem to want to be there. Asked them if they had a shoe in a certain size and the guy slowly spoke into his radio to ask for an employee was available for shoes.
