Shockingly old, uncared for store with poorly stocked shelves. Absolutely clueless on what customer service should look like. Always queues all slow - minimum 20 - 30 minute wait. Avoid it if at all possible.

Must be the worst pharmacy in Bristol if not wider. The store is completely chaotic. I continuously receive extremely poor service from this pharmacy but because of its location I make the mistake of using them. There is no organisation and customers are unsure where to go for prescription v off the the shelf purchase.... read full comment
