“I had my hair cut by Isabelle on Saturday and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her or the salon enough. The whole place has a really nice and relaxed vibe, and all the staff who were in seemed lovely.

Isabelle took so much care and attention with my hair and explained everything she did as she was doing it - I was having quite a lot of length off so it was really reassuring understanding the process a bit more. I also have trouble with my neck and can find hair washes really uncomfortable but she gave me plenty of breaks and was checking in with me the whole time. The only thing that would be nice would be a cushion around the edge of the sink!

I left the salon with the best haircut I think I’ve ever had, and I’m sure it’s down to the fact she took so much time and attention making sure she was doing what I wanted and that I was happy the whole time. Thank you!”

“Fantastic store. Very large. Staff nice, not too overbearing. Started my Xmas shopping early ( very unlike me ). Bought the obligatory Snow Fairy, expensive at £24, but it's for my daughter. Also bought the set with the musical Xmas globe on top @ £56.”

Sam, who helped me was incredibly helpful and after speaking to his manager managed to authorize an exchange so I can get my goods. Very happy with the high level of costumer care!”

“After a few bad Pharmacy experiences trying to source an out of stock HRT medication, I ended up at Boots Queens Road on Saturday 3rd May. Both the assistant and pharmacist were extremely helpful, understood about an SSP, and ordered In some medication for me. They also added me to a text alert system, so I would know when my medication had arrived.”

“Not the best or most well equipped store but bearing in mind I think that there are a lot of problems in the area they do their best - probably cold do with some investment to make it look more appealing and easier for the staff to work in - I do not go to the pharmacy just to pick up odds and ends and they usually have what I want even if there is not a lot of stock on the shelves”

“Yessss..... I was unfortunately staying in Bristol children's hospital with Ronnie, my baby boy who is 1 year old and he's got sever heamophilia type A so if he cuts himself he doesn't stop bleeding so we have to inject him every other day with the factor 8 clotting agent for his blood.”

This hasn't been the case today and the previous time I came. Two staff members helping customers, however, chatting at length...I'm sure for a valid reason, with the queue growing and growing.”
