The 2 women on the No 7 counter need some work on their customer service skills. Both were looking down their noses at me and not being very helpful at all.Won’t be buying anything from them again.On a positive though the women on the Estée Lauder counter was great and very helpful.

Me and a friend of mine received concerned looks the whole time we were shopping and we’re followed around the shop by the security guard. Absolutely no idea why, we walked in with no intent whatsoever to steal (which is what everyone clearly thought) just to simply spend sone boots points.
