No one ever answers the phone, I've been ringing for days and days, when u get to the store there's always plenty of staff there, so whats the point in having the phone number if no one can be bothered to even answer it? Useless branch

Tried phoning for 3 hours no answer went into the store only to find a queue to the door NOBODY serving for at least 8 minutes!!!!! Then no apology for wait ??all this while at least 3 staff in Pharmacy area ??

Dreadful customer experience this afternoon. Queuing once is bad enough, queuing twice is unacceptable. No sense that customers' time is also precious - no-one managing queue situation or letting customers know when they'd be served.

Such a long queue, mixed with pharmacy/prescription queue. They could install a couple of self-checkouts so that customers can actually use the shop to go in and buy things. It would have been faster to drive up to Cribbs than wait in the queue. Shame.

Slow.... painfully slowWeird layout and confusing queueing system.A very tired shop and poorly decorated etcBut generally just sooooo slow. Don't be in a rush.Regularly queue for 10 mins.

Bad service long queue waiting for prescription as u have to que in same que as if u buy stuffStaff stand and chat too much and when u try to call there phone number nobody answersAnd we moved from day Lewis as they were bad and now boots is as bad as day Lewis especially when it comes to reordering prescription as they messed my mum's prescription up as she don't get all when she needs especially her insulinI mentioned to staff about answering the phone and her answer was can't answer it as nobody will get served what a joke

Woefully understaffed, been waiting for 40 minutes to pick up a prescription, queue was only 5 long when I started; this is not the first time
