Incompetent and awful customer service.
In short, don't bother. Non-existent customer service, long delays, and incompetent staff. Won't be using Argos again.

Staff are still misinforming customers that they can’t return items store unless they buy and extended warranty stating that you need to take it up with the manufacturer, this is wrong: statutory consumer rights are against the retailer the company that sold you the product rather than the manufacturer.
