Been there a couple of times, always with very awkward scanning/printing requests (weird sized pages, multiple copies, very specific quality requests) yet every member of stuff is very helpful and never complains, not even when I took an hour and a half to get all my paperwork sorted. “I visited B&Q to buy some flowers. Although I didn’t have a chance to talk with the staff, a young lady kindly helped me at the self-checkout, which I really appreciated. The garden section had a wide selection, although it was a bit disappointing to see that many of the flowers looked dried out – but with this kind of weather, it's understandable. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience, and the store offers a great variety of products for garden and home lovers.
Today there were a few more, but the discounted flower offers were still very expensive.”

“From our initial visit to the John Lewis of Hungerford(JLoH) branch in Bristol we were hugely impressed by the team's professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. Beth, who was very friendly and most helpful, was our first point of contact and designed and masterminded our kitchen being able to incorporate any and all of our changes with ease. There followed several visits both by us to Bristol and by Beth and Nikki to our house. We were kept informed of any changes in dates and excellent graphics were produced showing the new kitchen.Fitting the kitchen was a breeze! We were most fortunate to have Robert as the kitchen fitter who worked his magic and was a most skilled and dedicated craftsman. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked swiftly and efficiently showing his talent as an artist with wood.Six months later we are delighted with our JLoH kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend a JLoH kitchen to anyone wanting a beautiful bespoke kitchen.Services: Kitchen countertop installation”

The floor was laid to an excellent standard by skilled tradesmen who clearly took pride in their work, came on time every day and left the flat tidy.
