Very poor customer service. Considering wolseley are meant to be specialist merchant for the plumbing and heating trade they don't even know what basic plumbing parts are let alone the order numbers therefore making it a very long wait. Very rude staff. Wasn’t interested in helping me at all and made up lies about the product I wanted instead of trying to find it. Went to Fishponds store and was served with the right product straight away. AVOID THIS BRANCH!
