“I recently called into the Eton Pharmacy after feeling unwell. Convinced that I had picked up a stomach bug I went in search of something to help. I was fortunate to come across the amazing Pharmacist Olivier who took one look at me and told me I was having a migraine.After 20+ years of suffering from Migraines I thought I had seen it all and knew all of my symptoms. Turns out Olivier had just completed an in depth course on Migraines, symptoms and how they can change over the years. I was a reluctant patient but I did take his advice and medication recommended. To my utter disbelief it worked. I was so pleased with the level of service I called back in the following week to let him know that he was indeed correct - and I was so grateful for the help I had received.He remembered me and genuinely cared that I was feeling better. I will now always try to call in and support my local small business rather than the big name brands that are out there!A very happy customer - Thank you!”

“Always getting very helpful and friendly customer care at Boots Windsor from the staff there ( some of which have been there a long time so please keep your loyal staff when this particular branch is shortly moving to a smaller location!)It is an unwelcome move for many of your customers ( myself included!) as it will mean less choice of range of products as I have been told ( not everyone is able or likes to shop on line as an alternative).Also, as a negative comment: you have replaced all the manned tills with the self service ones, leaving just one where you can speak to an assistant when you have a query.Invariably, with the coupons to scan, machine not always functioning properly the customer has to call out for help and once again your super staff is there to sort out your transaction!Bring back some of the " human" tills please before all that technology swallows us all up!”

“I once had a bad experience with a locum pharmacist who was temporarily based at Hetpole. I’m delighted to report that this was an isolated episode. Since then, I’ve had really great help from the team. They went out of their way to track down a medicine that was out of stock elsewhere.”

“??I buy from this store regularly as they have a big skincare range and loads of products I haven't seen in other Windsor stores. There's always plenty of offers, especially buy 1 get 2nd half price and there's a points loyalty card which is handy for extra shopping discounts couple of times a year. Superdrug also stock their own branded products. Customer service is good but I dislike the upsell at the counter when the server starts showing me other products to buy. I also find it awkward when I'm asked to add a charity donation to my bill at POS when I already donate monthly to my chosen charity.”
