“We have been using Krystal pharmacy for years. We’ve raised two kids from babies to fully grown adults cough bottles to medication the staff here have been looking out for our family for years now as if they were there own … from a heart warming smile and a helping hand nothing is too much trouble. If they can help with any medical issues or tablets, they will. I would never use any other pharmacy Krystal pharmacy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

He even open up the pharmacy for me after closing time just that I can buy a £5 pounds product when I really need it. Thank you!”

“Comparing the two local Chemists, I have found much better overall experience in Heer Chemist to J’s Chemist. I have been going to J’s Chemist since moving to the area 3 years ago. Purely because it’s the closest one to me.After many chances, I’ve given up. My bad feedback is not with the J’s Chemist staff but with the female Pharmacist working there. She is rude and ignorant. I thought it was just me she had an issue with but she has been rude to others that I have sent in there also. They didn’t even want to help by sending my fathers huge prescription when we were self-isolating.10/10 to Heer Chemist for:Customer Service, Efficiency, Variety of Stock, Opening hours, Cleanliness, Response time.This is a family run Chemist is long as I’m aware. So I fully understand why they care more.I have seen one negative comment for Heer Chemist on Google. I don’t believe it can’t be true and genuine. Or it may have been before this ownership, or it possibly was a bad day. We all have them.My comments are what I have experienced consistently. I have absolutely no affiliation to neither Chemists. But I would only go J’s Chemist if I was desperate. And I am slightly annoyed with myself for not switching sooner.Hope this helps. “Having struggled a bit with getting hold of stock at our local Lloyds pharmacy, we've moved to using Hedgegrail - a little further out, but so far worth the travel.Generally I've found the service to be good, but first impressions weren't great when I had a slightly rude and defensive reply to a query about a prescription - no one likes working with the public (I did it for 12 years) but it's important to be courteous and understanding if you choose to do so: "It's not my fault" can be replaced with "I'm sorry, we said it would be here but our supplier didn't deliver it on time".The second visit was better, so we're looking forward to a positive future!”

“The most amazing and caring people work in this pharmacy, ive been with moonlight pharmacy since 2010 an I refuse to go anywhere else my entire family are with this pharmacy, over the years they have gone out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Huma zahid naz and Bal (who has left now) and all the locums have been amazing I couldn’t say 1 negative thing about the people working at this pharmacy. I do suffer with severe mental health and they have always made me feel safe and comfortable 5* from me!!”

“The staff at Boots Slough are always so lovely, and even when it’s a busy period or understaffed they still do their best. I don’t think they get enough props, because I’ve witness customers act rudely feeling entitled to be served immediately. I don’t think the staff deserve that type of treatment, so the ladies at the till who are always so pleasant my warmest regards to you. Slough branch needs to increase their staff during seasonal periods for sure and provide support for those who are getting mistreated by rude customers. It's easy to bring down nhs staff who work extremely hard and get paid very little.”

“Left all my medication at home in Cheltenham and asked ASDA Pharmacy for help. Pharmacist could not be more helpful. Went to great trouble to consult NHS and identify medication list and provided 5 days supply - the duration of my visit. I owe the pharmacist a huge debt of gratitude.”
