“Wanted to give feedback on Soumia in the Staines Superdrug store who pierced my ears and my 4yr old daughter's ears. She was so friendly and patient with my little one. I was so thankful to her! We are so happy with our matching studs. It was really quick and I felt virtually no pain (An injection is more painful). Superdrug do not use guns and thats why i chose to come here. I didn't book an appointment, just walked in and waited 5mins to be served. I took the advanced after care solution and I've transferred it into a spray bottle for ease on my little one. “Ordered 4 perfumes from them online with the promise of next day delivery, they did not arrive so after a few days I phoned them up and asked about my order, the lady was very friendly and explained two of the perfumes I ordered were out of stock and that they need to order them from the distributor. She was very apologetic and that as soon as they arrived she would send them out, which she did do! I received my order the day after she had said they would receive their shipment.The reason it is not 5 stars is the website needs to show when a item is not in stock before a order is put through, or at the very least, an email should be sent out to say that one or more items that is included in the order is out of stock otherwise the customer is left in the dark with what it happening.”
