I've previously had one to one meetings in branch to discuss my finances but have been informed today that they now don't offer this service. It's now phone calls or online only - Crazy.

We were waiting for a staff member to help us open an account, instead of assisting they were having a nice chat and when I tried to contact them they told me they're arranging a staff member to help us. Later on they all disappeared
