“Visited the branch today and can happily say the service I received was absolutely amazing. Every single staff member was polite, smiley and happy to help even when it passed 1pm. Nothing was too much trouble and every staff member had their customers best interests at heart including offering beverages for members waiting to be served. A big thank you to Tracey and the manager of the branch today who both answered all my questions and were both lovely. Without a doubt I will always recommend Nationwide and especially the service Worcester provide. A big big thank you and a real credit to the wider Nationwide Team ?”

“Someone said that the staff here were rude. Not so! All but one (and she probably knows who she is) are very friendly, courteous and professional. The stock is good, especially the vegetables. It's good to have a small post office in the village, open when the shop is. Thank you, McColl's.”

“I went in today to get a new security key but came out with a different way to log in that I didn't even know about and is so much easier for me! I thought I would end up having to call someone or wait for a new key to be delivered which was not an option as moving in the next few days. I really cant praise Olivia enough, she was so helpful and so friendly, took an interest and calmed me down when I came in quite stressed. A fantastic front of house person and an asset to you!! Thank you Olivia!”

“This is my local garage and it is great. I love the fact its open 24hrs and the doors stay open all night. Some 24hr petrol stations are window pay only and its a bit awkward asking for an item in the store. But I like to buy items at 3am and get my fuel. The staff are great here. Very polite. Everytime I go there I always get treated with the most respect unlike some places where they won't say a word to you. There is parking right outside if you just want to go in to shop.”

“A super 'corner shop' run by a helpful enthusiastic owner and his family. The most helpful shop I have found in many years , nothing is too much trouble. Just what everyone needs at the difficult time.”

“I was walking to the cheese and yoghurt isle when a member of staff started breakdancing and did a 360 degree backflip then PROCEEDED to offer me a chippy meal with curry sauce and cheesy chips then everyone started dancing and performed the George. advert in a beautifully synchronised manor, I stood there giving a standing ovation and they gave me free parking. Good. I saw my mate Chantelle and she did a backflip and hit the griddy .As Chantelle hit the griddy, the energy in the air was electric. Soon, more people joined in, forming a spontaneous dance circle. Laughter and cheers filled the aisle as the impromptu dance party continued. Chantelle's backflip had set off a chain reaction of dance moves, each more impressive than the last. It was as if the entire store had transformed into a lively celebration of music and movement. Even the other shoppers couldn't resist tapping their feet and swaying to the rhythm. As the music reached its peak, Chantelle pulled you into the center of the circle, inviting you to show off your own moves. With a mix of excitement and nerves, you decided to join in, contributing your unique style to the dance-off. The energy was infectious, and you found yourself dancing like never before. The store had turned into a joyful spectacle, and you realized that sometimes the most unexpected moments can become the most memorable ones.”

“It's good bank, very friendly customer service but new hours are just ridiculous, how do people supposed to go to bank if eveyrday it closes 3PM, it could at least vary from day to day or at least Friday to be open until 4.30”

“The waiting area is really spacious and relaxed. I brought my baby in to open an Help to Buy ISA. I was told the appointment was 60mins and it actually was. Watched videos and went through legal stuff to fill the whole time. If you can help it don't take your baby... The bank staff member was a star while my baby screamed over her reading out the legal stuff and with Sesame Street on load while calling HQ to finalise everything. Stairs to get into the bank so if you have mobility issues you might want to visit another branch. Only 4-5 steps though.”

“Thank you firstly to the lovely lady who greeted me in the doorway and kindly told me to wait and that it shouldn't be too long (which it wasn't) then to Mandy for your patience and professionalism when I came in all in a fluster, trying to get my finances sorted. Thank you also to your colleague who helped with checking the information (unfortunately I didn't catch her name)I felt very welcomed and well looked after. My only critism is that the system crashed a few times for the ladies, which must be frustrating for them. Perhaps this could be looked into, not only for the staff members sanity but to also provide a better experience for the customer for future reference.”
