Didn't receive a email or call to say bike was ready to be collected. Bike also wasnt put together correctly! As well as extras wasn't put on ready to be collected and was told I was being charged more for them to fit them!

Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful!... read full comment
