I went back to the kingfisher this week and was blown away by hiw much it has changed took me a good twenty minutes to find the original entrance so I cousl visualise where things used to be and find my bearings.it was really strange and nostalgic but it looks great there and my little family enjoyed it too.”

“Can’t quite remember the name of the girl that helped us out but she was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and was happy to talk to us and answer any and all questions we had. We weren’t quite sure what we were looking to buy and wanted to go and have a look around and she wasn’t pushy or trying to force a sale on us and was really helpful. “Had a wonderful experience in store today, Cerys served my daughter and made her feel at ease as she could clearly see that she was struggling with going to pay. Cerys made my daughter feel comfortable enough to engage in a full conversation with her, Cerys was extremely polite and so easy to talk too, so lovely to have someone so welcoming. The staff in the Redditch store are always welcoming and helpful, I’ve had many lovely conversations at the till with other members of staff too.”

“Now that Wilko has stopped trading the range has picked up the extra customers. The range has a good choice of hardware items from every aspect of the average house from picture frames to tools and cleaning products. The only reason for dropping a star is the fact that the aisle are too narrow and the additional product bins make getting around on mobility scooter almost impossible”

“It's okay. Lots of signs saying it was 3 for 2 on kids clothes which didn't show on my receipt, on my next visit 2 days later, it was all half price. I asked a staff member why the offer wasn't honoured and she just said 'I don't know'. Have waited 20 mins in a queue to pick something up previously because only one person works the collection/return till at a time.”

“Typical B+Q --a large well lit clean store the staff busy stocking shelves but always approachable for information--there is plenty of parking ideally next to an Asda store so whilst getting bits for the house or garden of which there's a variety paints tools lighting wall paper in fact you think of it they seem to stock it even for your garden and this is another store angling on self service at the cash out-- as there was only one staff member serving at the time of my visit about 1:30pm on a tuesday--and then into ASDA for your food next door -- yes I found it a better laid out store than some of their other ones?”
“Just had a new bathroom installation by Wickes of Redditch.A brilliant job all round. Professionally completed by the contractor, Brian, who was methodical and conscientious,with meticulous eye for detail.Totally delighted with the result, and would recommend without hesitation??♂️”

“Went in yesterday to get a couple of off cuts. I was served by Claire who told me she was the new Manageress. Lovely lady, very helpful, organised and professional.”
“They have been doing a lot to help my husband out with the electric bike he bought, used four or five times and the battery went faulty. It's been in the cupboard for weeks and Halfords Perth are not getting things sorted out. Shaun at the head office, customer services has helped us out. My Husband got a full refund on his electric bike at last. Thank you Shaun.”

“Redditch Toolstation. We order on-line and in-store depending on the jobs we have. Sometimes a massive order but equally the odd thing missed off the list or needed because of an emergency call-out. Regardless, staff are always happy to help and will go out of their way to resolve any queries which is always much appreciated. A great bunch!”
